Shoulder W raise in prone
Lie on your front with your forehead resting on a small towel and your neck long.
Your arms are resting on the floor elbows bent and hands next to your shoulders, palms facing down.
Keeping your chest and head on the floor throughout, squeeze your shoulder blades together, and lift your arms off the floor.
Then return to the starting position and repeat.
Required equipment: Mat, Towel, No equipment
