Shoulder internal rotation with sidestep and squat - Hand behind back

Stand with your back to a wall.
Place the palm of your hand on the wall, at a comfortable distance away from your body.
Apply gentle pressure with your hand against the wall.
Keep your hand fixed on the wall and take a sidestep towards the same side as your hand.
Then squat as low as you can, without moving your hand on the wall.
Hold this position.
Stand back up to the starting position.
