Shoulder internal rotation on machine

Sit upright with the machine properly adjusted for you.
Grab hold of the handle, ensuring that your elbow is bent to 90 degrees and resting against the side of your body.
Rotate the arm inwards against resistance, keeping your elbow by your side.
Hold briefly and then control the movement back to the start position.
