Shoulder Internal Rotation (Cable Machine)

Ensure the pulley is at elbow height and stand facing out from the cable machine.
Grasp the handle with one hand and position this elbow against the side of your body, with your elbow at 90 degrees.
Maintain a good posture and pull the weight towards your body by internally rotating your shoulder.
Try to maintain a 90 degree angle with your elbow.
Slowly allow the weight to return back to the starting position.
