Shoulder flexion with elbow bent - step forwards

Start by standing with your arms by your sides.
Bend one elbow so that your fingers point towards the ceiling, and your thumb is pointing to your body.
Initiating the movement with a step forward, let your hand follow as you lift your hand as high as comfortable.
Step back as you return to the starting position.
