Shoulder flexion and trunk extension stretch (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with a wall or stable object directly behind you.
Place your feet on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Interlock your fingers and straighten your elbows in front of you.
When ready, lift both hands above your head and gently bend backward whilst looking towards the ceiling.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
