Shoulder external rotation with scapular retraction/depression DR (bilateral), standing (Shoulder external rotation with scapular retraction/depression drag resisted (bilateral), standing)

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your feet shoulder-width apart.
Place a paddle on each hand.
Bend your knees and move down into a squat position with your palms facing your thighs.
Stand up straight while simultaneously tucking your elbows into your sides lifting your palms so that they are facing forwards.
Pull your shoulder blades back and down towards their opposite buttocks.
