Shoulder external rotation with dumbbell - slow eccentric phase (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests with a solid object such as a table in front of you.
Ensure your brakes are applied.
Hold a weight in one hand and rest your forearm on the table in front of you.
When ready, lift the weight whilst keeping your elbow down.
Pause briefly before slowly returning to the start position.
Repeat.
