Shoulder external rotation (PROM)
Sit up straight on a chair with a table in front of you.
Place your affected arm upwards and in front of you on the table.
Bend your elbow to a right angle with your hand pointing up to the ceiling.
Gently press the forearm outward with your opposite hand.
Hold this position and then slowly return to start position and repeat.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Table
