Shoulder extension in prone, ER position
Lie on your stomach with your arms resting down the sides of the bed.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing forwards.
Keeping your arms straight, lift them directly up and back towards the ceiling.
Stop the movement when your arms are parallel to your trunk.
Hold briefly and then control the movement back to the starting position.
