Shoulder abduction with elbow bent - opposite side ball squeeze
Stand with your arms by your sides.
Squeeze a small ball or pair of socks in one hand.
Bend the elbow of your other arm so that your fingers are pointing upwards, and your elbow points out to the side slightly in front of your body.
Then lift the bent arm up as high as comfortable for you, leading with your hand.
Return to the starting position and relax the hand squeezing the ball.
