Shoulder abduction supine - unilateral

Lie on your back with your arms relaxed by your sides.
Lift your arm out to your side and bring it over your head, with the movement coming from your shoulder.
Hold this position, before slowly bringing your arm back to your side.
Keep your back and neck muscles relaxed throughout the exercise.
