Shoulder abduction stretch over stability ball (Shoulder adductors stretch, side bending over ball, standing)
Start in a standing position with your affected side next to a table with a stability ball on top of the table.
Place your symptomatic arm over the stability ball.
Have your feet in a wide stance position.
Stretch your symptomatic arm out to the side rolling over the ball and moving your hips in the opposite direction allowing you to lean further outwards.
Hold this position.
