Shoulder abduction in standing – step forward

Shoulder abduction in standing – step forward

Start by standing with your arms by your sides.
Bend one arm so that your fingers point towards the ceiling, with your palm facing forward, and your elbow out to the side, slightly in front of your body.
Initiating the movement with a step forward, let your arm follow as you lift your hand as high as is comfortable for you.
Step back as you return to the starting position.
