Shoulder abduction - Lateral table slide

Stand sideways next to a table or a counter top.
Place your affected hand on the table onto something that slides easily, like a towel.
Bending from your trunk slide your hand sideways away from you on the table.
Keep your elbow straight and neck relaxed.
Hold for a moment and return to the starting position.
