Shadow boxing - Version 2
Stand with one foot forwards, elbows bent and fists close to your chest.
Punch your hands forwards alternately, ensuring you quickly bring your hands back to your chest after you have punched.
Vary the technique and direction of your punches by including upper cuts in this sequence.
Allow your upper body to rotate with the punches.
