Self Mobilization - Patella glides (Knee patella glides, in sitting; 01)
Sit on a chair with your affected knee relaxed and stretched straight out in front of you.
It is important not to tense the thigh muscles during this exercise.
Place your fingers either side of your knee cap, and push it gently to one side then the other.
Continue this movement.
