Seated Wide Grip Shoulder Flexion (Stick)

Sit on a chair, feet firmly on the floor. Hold a stick in front with both hands wide apart and palms facing down.

Keeping your arms straight lift the stick from the front over your head and downward behind your back. Change the width of the grip during the exercise.
