Seated single leg curl - machine (hamstrings)

Set up the weights and the leg supports.
Starting position is with the leg you are working extended and the supports on your upper thigh and resting on your lower calf. The other knee should be bent and placed behind the support.
Gently curl your leg in towards your buttocks.
Pause briefly when your knee is bent and return to starting position in a controlled manner.
