Seated shoulder press (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)
Attach a dumbbell to your prosthetic and hold another weight in your other hand.
Consider using an adapted grip with your prosthetic or wrist wrap to ensure the dumbbell is secure.
Sit on a bench.
Bend your elbows and bring your hands next to your shoulders with the intent of your palms facing forwards.
When ready, press your hands up toward the ceiling.
Control the movement back down to the start position.
Required equipment: Bench, Weights, free, Dumbbell
