Seated rowing with machine

Sit up straight on a row machine with your chest supported against the chest pad.
Grasp the handles slightly lower than chest level.
Squeeze your shoulder blades gently in and pull the handles backwards keeping your upper arms close to your sides. In a controlled manner, return to the starting position. Repeat.
Note: Keep your neck relaxed and in neutral position.
