Seated Resisted Shoulder External Rotation
Sit with your side towards the attachment for the resistance band. Bend your elbow to 90 degrees. Place a support in your armpit, e.g. a rolled up towel. Pull the resistance band out to the side, slowly release. NOTE! Bent arm throughout, elbow by the waist.
Required equipment: Wheelchair, Towel, Resistance band
