Seated hip flexion with weight (Adaptive bilateral lower limb amputee)

Sit in a chair with your feet on the floor.
Secure a weight to your ankle.
Try to remain upright as lift your knee up towards your chest.
In a controlled manner, lower your leg back to the starting position.
Repeat with the same leg.
