Seated hamstring stretch with residual limb (adaptive)
You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis
Sit with your residual leg straight out on a bed or bench and your sound leg hanging down.
Lean forwards from your hips until you feel the stretch in the back of your straight leg.
Hold this position, and then relax.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
