Seated bounce on a stability ball - arms up and down

Sit upright on a stability ball with your feet flat on the ground.
Bring your elbows close to your trunk with your hands close by side.
Do a small bounce on the ball while raising the arms up towards the ceiling.
Lower the arms at the next bounce.
Rhythmically repeat the movement.
