Sit in a chair with your back supported.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand.
Breathe in.
Then breathe out through your mouth as you bend your elbows to bring the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
Keep your elbows tucked to your sides.
Breathe in as you straighten your arms to the starting position.
