Seated Barbell Overhead Shoulder Press (anterior deltoid)
Sit up straight. Start with the barbell across your upper chest on your front shoulders and hands at shoulder-width or wider. Elbows are under the bar or slightly forwards.
Press the barbell upwards by straightening the arms. Slightly move your head backwards in order to let the barbell move straight up. Return back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
