Supine scorpion - alternating lower trunk rotation

Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms on the floor pointing out to the sides.
Lift one leg up towards the ceiling.
Then bring it across your body towards the floor on the opposite side.
Let your lower back turn, but keep both shoulders on the floor.
Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
