Post partum scapular retraction in prone

Following childbirth when you feel comfortable to do so, lie on your stomach with your arms along your sides.
If required place pillows under your chest and pelvis.
Lift the upper body slightly off the ground, squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Keep with your eyes directed to the floor throughout this movement.
Slowly lower back to the floor.
