Rowing with Cable Machine (Latissimus Dorsi)

Start by sitting in front of the cable machine with your feet in front of you on a foot-rest. Maintain a good posture and pull the handle in towards your abdomen, keeping your arms close to your body. Keep your stomach tight during this exercise. In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
