Rope Jumping with High Knees

Stand tall in a hip-width stance, with your knees softly bent. Hold a jumping rope with your elbows slightly bent by your side and hands beside hips (slightly in front) palms facing forwards.

Jump lifting your knees high in turn. Use your wrists to turn the rope and keep elbows in place by your sides.

Continue for the prescribed time.
