Resisted single arm row with trunk rotation

Start sitting, holding the end of a resistance band in the hand of your affected arm.
Ensure the resistance band is secured opposite your body, down by your toes
Begin with your arm straight, then pull your elbow back and up, letting your upper back rotate along with the rowing movement.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
