Resisted Thumb and Finger Extension/Abduction with band

Use 1 or more rubber bands. Wrap the rubber band around the thumb and fingers, under the thumb's outer joint and between the base and fingers of the fingers. Move the thumb out of your fingers and spread your fingers apart.
NOTE! the thumb's outer edge is always slightly bent.
