Resisted straight arm pull down in standing (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Stand facing a resistance band that is securely attached above head height.
Attach one end of a resistance band to your residual limb securely.
Hold the other end of the resistance band in your sound hand.
Raise your arms forwards and up while gathering any slack in the band.
Then gently draw your shoulder blades back while keeping your neck long.
When ready, keep your arms straight and slowly pull the band bringing your arms down towards your side.
Return your arms up to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat.
