If available, you can use a cable machine for this exercise.
Alternatively, fix a resistance band to a solid object above head height.
Place your feet on the footrests, and ensure your brakes are applied.
Hold the resistance band in one hand above head height with your palm facing toward the ceiling.
Pick up the slack in the resistance band by wrapping it around your hand.
When ready, pull your elbow down and back through the resistance of the band.
Your trunk will rotate in the same direction.
You will finish this movement with your hand alongside your waist.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
