Resisted single-arm high row (Wheelchair)

If available, you can use a cable machine for this exercise.
Alternatively, fix a resistance band to a solid object at waist height.
Sit in your wheelchair with the resistance band in front of you.
Place your feet on the footrests, and ensure your brakes are applied.
Hold the resistance band in one hand at waist height.
Pick up the slack in the resistance band by wrapping it around your hand.
When ready, pull your elbow back and up through the resistance of the band.
You will finish this movement with your hand at chin height and your elbow out to the side.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
