Resisted shoulder extension with squat

Stand upright holding the ends of a resistance band in each hand.
Ensure the resistance band is secured in front of you or held tight by a partner.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together and then pull your hands behind you, keeping your arms straight throughout.
At the same time you are pulling the resistance band, bend your knees and hips, performing a small, partial range squat.
Slowly control the movement back to the starting position and repeat.
