Resisted shoulder extension and scapula retraction - single-arm (Wheelchair)

If available, you can use a cable machine for this exercise.
Alternatively, fix a resistance band to a solid object at waist height.
Sit in your wheelchair with the resistance band in front of you.
Place your feet on the footrests, and ensure your brakes are applied.
Hold the resistance band in one hand beside your wheelrim.
Pick up the slack in the resistance band by wrapping it around your hand.
When ready, keep your elbow straight and pull your arm back and shoulder blade towards your spine against the resistance of the band.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
