Resisted Shoulder Blade Depression v1

Sit on a bench holding the ends of an exercise band with both hands, arms elevated and elbows straight. The band is securely attached high in front of you.

Keep your elbows straight and pull the band, sliding your shoulder blades downwards. Hold the tension for a moment and return to the starting position.
