Resisted Shoulder Blade Depression

Sit on a bench holding the ends of an exercise band with both hands, arms elevated and elbows straight. The band is securely attached high in front of you.
Keep your elbows straight and pull the band by sliding your shoulder blades downwards and slightly in. Hold the tension for a moment and return to the starting position.
