Resisted shoulder adduction (cable machine) Version 2

Stand up straight with the cable machine at your side.
Set the pulley at the highest position with the handle attached.
Stand firm with your core muscles activated.
Hold the handle of the cable and pull it down towards your hip and in front of your body.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
