Resisted shoulder abduction with neck rotation

Stand on one end of a resistance band.
Hold the other end with your affected hand.
Make sure you are standing with good posture.
With your thumb pointing down towards the ground, lift your arm out to the side and up as far as you can towards your ear.
Keep your elbow straight throughout the movement.
While lifting your arm, rotate your head towards the opposite shoulder.
Hold briefly and then slowly lower your arm back down to the start position and rotate your head back to facing forwards.
