Resisted reverse fly (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Complete this exercise without your prosthetic.
Anchor the mid-section of a band to a sturdy object such as a squat rack.
Attach one end of a resistance band to your residual limb and make sure it is securely attached.
Hold the other end of the band in your sound hand.
Stand facing the band, with your knees slightly bent and your back long.
Start with your arms in front at shoulder level, elbows straight, and with some tension in the band.
Then bring your arms out to the side and back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Keep your elbows slightly softened throughout the exercise.
Return to the starting position.
