Resisted rear deltoid fly in standing- "W's"

Stand up straight with resistance band attached to a point in front of you, one end in each hand.
With your arms in front of your body, step back until there is resistance on the band.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together and raise your arms up and back, creating a "W" pattern.
Hold briefly before returning to starting position in a controlled manner.
