Resisted narrow-grip chest press

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Hold dumbbells in both hands with elbows bent and close to your sides, palms facing inward.
Press the dumbbells up to straight arms, palms facing forward.
In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
