Resisted lateral walk - band above knees, knees straight

Stand with a resistance band loop placed around your legs, just above your knees.
Step your legs to a hip width apart and generate some tension in the band.
Keeping your knees straight, gaze ahead and body upright, start taking steps to your side.
Continue in the same direction for as long or as many steps as advised.
