Resisted lat pull down in high kneeling (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Kneel upright facing a resistance band that is securely attached above head height.
Attach one end of a resistance band to your residual limb securely.
Hold the other end of the resistance band in your sound hand.
Raise your arms above head height while gathering any slack in the band.
Then gently draw your shoulder blades back while keeping your neck long.
When ready, pull down through the resistance band bringing your elbows to your sides.
Return your arms up to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat.
