Resisted isometric neck side flexion

Stand upright with a resistance band securely fastened around your head.
Secure the other end to a point directly to your side at head height.
Maintain good posture and take the weight through your neck, keeping a neutral spine
Slowly lunge out to the side, taking care to keep your neck in a neutral position.
Hold briefly and then return to starting position in a controlled manner.
