Resisted hip external rotation in sitting (Adaptive bilateral lower limb amputee)

Sit in a chair with your feet together on the floor.
Tie a resistance band around your thighs just above your knees.
Push outwards against the resistance band, moving your knees away from your midline.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
