Resisted hip abduction in sitting (adaptive)

Sit in a chair with your legs hip-width apart and feet flat on the floor.
A resistance band is placed around your thighs just above your knees.
Push outwards against the resistance band, moving your knees and feet away from your midline.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
